What does 8sa mean?

8sa (pronounced eight-sah) is based on the Hebrew word “etsah” which means counsel, advice or purpose and therefore accurately describes our purpose. We tap into wisdom, experience and available information to determine a better way forward and seeing it happen.

Which time zones do you cover?

Currently all our Experts are based in Europe which allows for partial coverage in the Americas and Asia.

What is the 8sa promise?

We are so confident that you will experience value from meeting our Advisors, that we back that up with a money back guarantee. At the end of your session, you will receive a feedback form to complete. If you have not experienced value and you provide us with comments on how to improve, we will provide your money back.

Do you provide discounts for not-for-profits, startups or developing countries?

We believe good advice should be accessible to all, so if you register here and provide some basic information, we will provide you with a unique discount code to use when you book.


How long do I have to book in advance?

Power Advice Sessions

What is Power Advice?

Power Advice session is a virtual session of 1 – 2 hours with an Expert. You can use us as a sparring partner or alternatively just pick our brains.

Can I use Power Advice for Teams?

Absolutely. A Power Advice session is excellent to strengthen your team and bring fresh insight.

What is Power Advice good for?

Power Advice is good if you want to clarify your ideas or get new ideas. Here are some examples of what a session is good for:

  • Your Treasury Team wants to automate the way they work. They have some ideas already but not 100% sure how to improve in certain areas. Let 8sa share experiences of how others have done it and how your team can do it.
  • You are new in your role (or Company) and can do with having someone to bounce ideas off on how to approach changes and communicate it so that you bring the teams along. Let 8sa be that sounding board.
  • Your team is restructuring and that means various changes in positions and new challenges. Let 8sa be the partner that supports your team in implementing change.

I know I will need more than one session. Is it possible to book it from the start?

If you know the dates, you can book all your sessions at the same time. If you are not yet sure of the dates or will require a number of Experts, you can buy a “package” and use the appointments over a 12-month period.

How long is a Power Advice package valid for?

All appointments within a package has to be used within 12 months from the date of package purchase.

Do you offer Advisory-as-a-service?

We have a number of subscriptions available. You can find the details here.

What happens if I don’t use all my Advisory-as-a-service hours?

Any unused hours are rolled over to the next month and valid for 180 days after the last payment.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. The link to cancel is included with every payment confirmation.


Is there a restriction on the size of an 8sa project?

The objective of an 8sa project is to get the job done step by step, so our projects are limited to 20 days. Call us and we discuss the steps involved in your project and how we can help.

How do you define the price for a project?

The price will mainly depend on the length of the project and what you need us to do.

I want 8sa to lead a workshop. Is this possible?

Yes, leading a workshop is a type of project. Book a project call with us to agree the details and the expertise required.


What type of payments do you accept?

8sa accepts credit card payments for all types of Advisory services. For clients in Switzerland, the option is given to pay by invoice.

When will I be charged?

You will have the option to pay immediately or once the service is delivered. 8sa will only charge your credit card once the service is delivered, if you canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or if you did not show.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. An invoice will be sent to you electronically once we have delivered the service or charged your card. The invoice will be sent to the email you provided on booking.

I have a discount code. Where do I enter it?

The discount code is entered just before you make your booking.
